A full digital marketing project
The Home Buyer Agents of Chicagoland is one of our most comprehensive Projects to date. Upon our initial evaluation we noticed that there were several areas of opportunity with their marketing strategy. We started with designing an entirely new website to anchor all of their digital marketing efforts. Through the use of quality content and a positive user experience, we were able to help The Home Buyer Agents rank higher for key SEO terms such as “Buyer’s Agent”.
We also managed their PPC campaign through Google Adwords. By Migrating their campaign from away from Adwords Express, and onto a managed Adwords campaign, we were able to reduce their bounce rate from ads by 20% and increase inquiries by 50% with the same budget. Based upon initial data, we have made further tweaks to ad copy and landing pages to lower the cost per conversion.
A very large project
Helpformusicians.com is an example of how we can take on a large project and make it happen. The concept was simple. We wanted a review site that musicians in Chicago could use to review venues they perform and and talent buyers in order to help musicians avoid being taken advantage of. There are hundreds of venues in Chicago, so this was no small project.
The most important part of this project was managing the user experience to make the website useful. We had to avoid gaming the review system, yet let users remain anonymous, so we build the reviews are logged by unique IP address instead of user names. We also wanted to make this a resource artists could use to find venues, so we enabled various search options with the use of tags and custom fields.
A well ran SEO and content management campaign
This was the campaign that started it all. Pink Monkey is a niche jazz combo based in Chicago, IL that plays abrasive jazz, generally to small yet loyal audiences. With their 2012 release, Ink, the goal was to expand their reach as far as possible.
The first step of the plan was to identify a well defined target audience. We then leveraged a new search engine optimized website and social media such as Facebook and reddit to push out content. We planned the release of content in a manner that built engagement, and at the peak of the campaign, the Pink Monkey website was averaging between 2,000-4,000 hits per day.
